Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the investment team in due diligence processes.
• Assist in screening and identifying investment opportunities aligned with our thesis.
• Manage the deal flow pipeline, including external communications and analytics.
• Research Web3 technology and market trends to identify investment themes and uncover promising startups.
• Support deal sourcing by identifying promising startups and founders early in their journey.
• Provide operational support to the investment team and partners.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and crypto is essential. Previous experience in a blockchain-focused role is highly advantageous.
• Experience in startups, private equity, venture capital, or angel investing is a plus, particularly in Web3/crypto-related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, effective research.
• Strong commercial insight and analytical skills for assessing people, business models, and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent thinker with the ability to form and articulate well-founded opinions.
