Your Responsibilities with Us

• 
  You are
  
  co-responsible for the sale
  
  of our 249 rooms at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport and the 334 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport
  
• 
  You
  
  independently answer and process
  
  incoming room inquiries and are responsible for sending out
  
  offers and confirmations
  

• 
  You
  
  work closely
  
  with the Conference & Event Sales Team to maximize corporate and group rates
  

• 
  You
  
  manage our booking websites
  
  and are in close exchange with third-party providers
  

What Makes You the Right Fit

Hilton is searching for someone who brings a blend of experience, language skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality:

• 
  Hospitality Background:
  
  You've completed training in the hotel industry or have comparable qualifications
  
• 
  Reservations Experience:
  
  You've already gained experience in a hotel's reservations department
  
• 
  Language Proficiency:
  
  You possess very good spoken and written German and English skills
  
• 
  Sales Savvy:
  
  You have a natural sales talent and know how to persuade discerning guests about the hotel's offerings
  
• 
  Personal Qualities:
  
  You're flexible, resilient, and inherently warm
  
• 
  Passion for Hosting:
  You're a host by passion and enjoy interacting with international guests, both over the phone and in person
  
• 
  Bonus Skills:
  Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
