8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

What you will do:
- Conduct Security assessments and facilitate workshops with both technical and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Assess and evaluate the current security maturity of customers, identifying vulnerabilities and compliance risks in alignment with regulatory frameworks and develop a strategic roadmap to address gaps.
- Analyze the existing IT infrastructure, mapping user groups, roles, and access routes, with emphasis on identity lifecycle management processes.
- Design a Zero Trust Architecture by evaluating and selecting appropriate security technologies, and developing a multi-layered model that spans identity, data, applications, devices, and networks.
- Engage with customers to deliver high-quality services that exceed expectations, using deep insights to customize solutions that meet their needs and provide a distinct competitive advantage.
- Continuously grow expertise in Oracle's evolving products and services, while actively sharing knowledge and delivery insights to support the development of the Consulting Intellectual Property repository.
- Collaborate with Oracle Security Product Management to align on product capabilities, relay customer feedback, and contribute to the enhancement of security features.
What you’ll bring
- Proficient in designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures, emphasizing identity-centric security models, least privilege access, micro- segmentation, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to enhance organizational security.
- Experienced in designing enterprise security architectures using frameworks like SABSA and TOGAF, with a proven track record in implementing cloud-based security solutions focused on Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, Application and Infrastructure Security.
- Skilled in supporting compliance frameworks like GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP or NIST, alongside regulations such as DORA and NIS2. Experienced in addressing resilience requirements, managing risks, and implementing technical and organizational measures, including ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001 and 27005.
- Experienced in securing Multi-Cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP, leveraging cloud-native security services. Skilled in defining and enforcing cloud security policies, and in automating security controls through IaC, CSPM, and CIEM.
- Well-versed in a range of security platforms and technologies, including SOC, SIEM, UEBA, role mining, ABAC, RBAC, PKI, data masking and pseudonymization.
- Skilled in risk assessments and threat modeling using STRIDE and MITRE ATT&CK, with experience reviewing security in cloud environments, APIs, and microservices and mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- Broad and strategic skills in programming languages & SDKs for customization and integration: Java, Python, REST API, SQL
- Knowledge of protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SAML, SCIM, LDAP.
- Proficient in integrating security into CI/CD pipelines as part of DevSecOps practices. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
- Proficient in German (B2 or higher) and English, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form. Willing and eligible to complete a formal security clearance process.
