Job description

• Building and developing the EUROPE Innovation Circle,
• Developing and facilitating the community,
• Providing meaningful methodology to identify needs to improve, connecting the dots with IT solutions,
• Co-designing innovation process with community members and implementation,
• Supporting and actively participating in innovation workshops,
• Benchmarking best practices across-industry and cross-industries,
• Structure Market Intelligence (MI) Reports – providing actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making,
• Monitoring daily market movement and insights across-industry,
• Driving internal survey of MI needs,
• Supporting the preparation of management meeting presentations.

Applicant's profile

• Currently enrolled to Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Innovation Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, or related field,
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make sense of complex data and translate it into actionable insights,
• Self-starter with a "get-things-done” mentality,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders,
• Curious, open-minded, and excited to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment,
• Excellent MS Office Suits skills,
• Fluent in English (German, French or any additional language is a plus).
