About BYD Germany

BYD Germany is the German National Sales Company of BYD Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a global leader in green energy and electric mobility solutions. BYD Germany offers a range of electric vehicles, including passenger cars, buses, and commercial vehicles. The company is expanding its operations in Germany to support the growing demand for new energy vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in managing the entire process of company cars, including various types such as Company Cars, Employee Cars, Press Fleet, Marketing Fleet, and Key Account Fleet etc.
• Assist the BYD European Demo Car Team with various tasks in Germany.
• Coordinate with both internal departments (such as vehicle procurement and disposition) and external entities (such as vehicle registration, insurance, and charging card providers).
• Collaborate with the team to plan and organize events.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing documents, vehicle keys, and charging cards.
• Responsible for checking vehicles in and out of the pool.
• Create evaluations and reports by using Excel.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.
  
  

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent in English and German language skills, Chinese would be an advantage .
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, good skills with power point.
• Knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods.
• Highly motivated and confident with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to multi-task, aim to target and can work under pressure.
