Tasks

You should have professional experience and preferably knowledge of patient transportation in order to carry out the following tasks, for example:

• Acceptance of medical inquiries from our international customers
• Preparing the documents required by our experienced flight physicians to assess fitness to fly
• Communicating with internal and external service providers
• Managing transportation on Lufthansa flights in the booking system
• Collaboration on overarching topics such as quality management

Requirements

We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:

• Secondary school leaving certificate and completed training in the medical field (emergency paramedic, health and nurse, medical assistant, or similar)
• Good knowledge of English (other foreign languages desirable)
• Responsible, precise and service-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team as well as good contact and cooperation skills
• Shift work is no problem for you (daily from 06:00 - 22:30)
