About The Job

• You advise our clients and senior stakeholders with deep technical SEO expertise – as a strategic sparring partner who develops solutions and guides their implementation.
• You oversee the technical execution through developer teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high-quality standards.
• You leverage AI tools and automation to streamline SEO processes and make data-driven decisions that drive measurable results.
• You design and monitor holistic SEO strategies that seamlessly connect content, technical foundations, and market trends.
• You actively support your team’s growth through coaching, knowledge sharing, and a hands-on mindset.
• You continuously improve our processes – always with the goal of staying one step ahead.
  
  

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in technical SEO – as a consultant or manager – and a solid understanding of the bigger strategic picture.
• Topics like crawling, indexing, and page speed aren’t a mystery to you – they’re key levers for driving top rankings.
• You’ve worked with AI-powered tools and automation and know how to use them to improve processes and boost performance.
• You can explain complex technical concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone – from developers to executives.
• You’re a true team player with leadership skills, supporting colleagues and winning over clients with clear, confident recommendations.
