Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Day to day communication with internal MARKEN departments (around the globe)
• All coordination of orders for material collection on a day to day basis
• Pro-active information of any material delay, stock distribution, stock deviation to Sourcing Manager
• Assist Sourcing Manager in all related day to day activities
• Working closely together with the distribution department, kit production coordinator for scheduling the outbound shipments, planning and preparing transport documentation
• Support other departments if necessary
• Provide info on pricing requests; perform sourcing on specific material
• Close cooperation/collaboration with clients on warehouse/sourcing management
• Perform stock counting
• Receive and control goods
• Identify potential process improvements
• Compliance, development, review and revision of SOP’s (if necessary)
• Compliance with and work according to MARKEN policies as well as the MARKEN GmbH quality
• Compliance with all health policies and safety-conscious work, treatment of all substances with relevant caution for the protection of oneself and others; immediate notification if health status changes in a way that is detrimental to studies
