We are currently looking for a
Electrical Technician (m/f/d) – Data Center Environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute electrical installation and cabling tasks across the data center infrastructure
- Support power-up activities and commissioning of new systems and equipment
- Build and expand electrical capacities, including low-voltage and structured cabling
- Perform troubleshooting and ensure proper functioning of electrical systems
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors during build-out and upgrade phases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified qualification as an Electrical Specialist (e.g. Fachkraft Elektrotechnik or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with data center cabling, power distribution, and commissioning
- Familiarity with structured cabling standards and installation best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Willingness to work in shifts and be on-call, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
