Electrical Planner – Data Centre Project

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Positions Available: 1

Type: Contract (18 Months+)

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across electrical and MEP project scopes

• Support the planning and coordination of electrical installation activities throughout pre-construction and delivery phases

• Monitor project progress against key milestones and construction deliverables

• Produce weekly and monthly planning reports for project and commercial teams

• Identify delays, risks, and critical path impacts across the programme

• Support subcontractor coordination and productivity tracking on site

• Assist project teams with Earned Value Management and spend vs earn analysis

• Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, and project controls teams to maintain programme alignment

• Support recovery planning and mitigation activities where required

Your Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Planner, MEP Planner, or Project Planner within construction projects

• Strong Primavera P6 experience

• Data Centre project experience is highly essential.

• Experience supporting electrical or MEP installation packages

• Understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and site-based project delivery

• Experience working within fast-paced construction environments

• Commercial awareness and understanding of Earned Value Management principles

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• English language required

• German language beneficial but not essential

Project Details:

• Approx. 70MW Data Centre project

• 5 days onsite in Frankfurt

• Currently within pre-construction phase

• Long-term project pipeline behind the programme

• Freelance preferred, although permanent profiles may also be considered
