Hiring: Procurement Manager (Construction)

Location: Frankfurt City Centre, Germany

Currently supporting a leading Chinese globalising company in Europe to hire a Procurement Manager for construction and project-related procurement.

This is not a traditional indirect procurement or manufacturing sourcing role. The position is highly project-driven and engineering-focused, involving logistics and industrial infrastructure projects across Europe, including warehouse renovation, expansion, and construction-related procurement activities.

Ideal profile:

• Experience in construction / project procurement

• Familiar with civil works, MEP, and construction-related sourcing

• Able to independently manage tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiations

• Background from logistics real estate, intralogistics automation, EPC, industrial projects, or construction companies would be highly relevant

• English and German as working language

Office located in Frankfurt city centre with convenient daily commuting access.
