An exciting opportunity to join the German subsidiary of a leading international manufacturing group. We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Finance to partner closely with the Group CFO and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth, performance, and transformation.

As a Head of Finance, you will lead all finance operations and play a key role in driving business performance, financial strategy, and operational excellence within a dynamic and highly regulated market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all finance, accounting, reporting, and controlling activities

• Oversee monthly/year-end closing and international financial reporting

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management

• Support investment decisions and hedging strategies

• Deliver financial insights and performance reporting at executive level

• Optimise and standardise finance processes and controls

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field - a MUST

• CPA / Chartered Accountant / Tax qualification - a MUST

• Proven senior finance leadership experience within an international group environment - a MUST

• Experience in manufacturing industry - a MUST

• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making capabilities

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English required - a MUST
