Role Overview

Looking to kick-start your career in international banking and work on real cross-border transactions from day one?

BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Business Management & Execution Analyst to join our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team in Frankfurt on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will gain hands-on experience in an international banking environment and develop a strong foundation in transaction banking operations and execution. You will work closely with experienced professionals across different countries and business areas, supporting the execution of a wide range of trade finance and working capital solutions for corporate clients.

What you will do:

• Support the execution and coordination of: Guarantees & Standby Letters of Credit, Import & Export Letters of Credit, Working Capital solutions, Factoring & Supply Chain Finance
• Act as a key operational contact for clients after deal closing and support smooth transaction execution from start to finish.
• Review transactional and legal documentation while coordinating internal approvals and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance and international teams on cross-border transactions.
• Support payment processing, collections and operational monitoring related to GTB activities.
• Assist with reporting, transaction tracking and internal performance monitoring.
• Gain exposure to international corporate banking processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Have strong communication and analytical skills.
• Are fluent in English and German (Spanish is a plus).
