Operations Manager – Business Travel Sector

Join a fast-growing travel tech business transforming the way companies manage business travel. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the DACH market.
This is a player-coach role where you’ll lead from the front — managing complex travel bookings, supporting VIP clients, handling escalations, and mentoring a high-performing support team while helping scale operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in corporate/business travel
- 3+ years leading customer support or travel operations teams
- Strong GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred)
- Experience managing complex DACH corporate accounts
- Fluent German and English
- Passion for service excellence, operational performance, and team development
