Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact sales leader responsible for driving new business opportunities across the banking and financial services ecosystem, with a strong focus on selling Payments, Liquidity solutions, and the core banking suite. The role requires building strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, identifying untapped market opportunities, and driving end-to-end sales cycles within the assigned geography.

The ideal candidate should possess strong local market understanding, established CXO-level relationships, and proven success in enterprise technology sales within the BFSI domain. Native local candidates with strong cultural understanding and regional business exposure are preferred.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Drive acquisition of new clients and generate net-new revenue opportunities within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert strategic opportunities related to Payments, Liquidity Management, and core banking solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Develop territory and account-based sales strategies to maximize market penetration.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across target accounts.
  • Understand customer business challenges and position tailored solution offerings accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on digital banking transformation and transaction banking solutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution alignment and execution.
  • Drive strategic account planning and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and market dynamics within the BFSI landscape.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in transaction banking, cash management, and payment ecosystems.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership for refining go-to-market strategies.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead strategic business conversations.
