About The Role

The Clinical Product Implementation Specialist Role is critical to our mission of successfully implementing Clinical Point of Care products in our direct markets.

  • The Clinical Product Implementation & Training Specialist plays a key role in delivering tailored, customer-specific product implementations and training programs for clinical products implementations, as defined by the Implementation Manager, based on customer needs and requirements.
  • This position is instrumental in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and serves as the customer's initial point of contact with Nova Biomedical, helping to establish a strong and professional relationship from the outset.
  • Responsibilities include product implementation and training, support in the creation of training documentation, maintaining and documenting training records, generating reports, and support during audits.

Location: This is a field based position with extensive travel within a geographic region. The role is based in Frankfurt, Germany and will require travel within Germany and potentially nearby countries.

Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and may vary based on individual factors such as location, skills, and education.
