Role: HIL & Validation Engineer
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Validation of ECU functions in the ADAS domain
Scenario creation using DYNA4
Writing Test Specifications & Test Automation
Design & development of HIL / Automated Test Systems
Test automation using Vector tools (CANoe, vTESTstudio) or dSPACE toolchain
Execution of automated tests & defect reporting
Leading and enhancing HIL team competency and processes
Required Expertise:
Strong experience in Test Automation projects
Hands-on expertise with Vector VT System, CAPL & Python scripting OR dSPACE AutomationDesk
Experience in HIL Testing
Strong knowledge of BCM / Gateway / ADAS testing at bench & vehicle level
Test case authoring, automation & execution at System and Software qualification level
Knowledge of ASPICE & Quality Management processes
Preferred Knowledge:
Automotive protocols: CAN / LIN / Ethernet / UDS / OBD / NM
Experience with HIL systems like dSPACE & Vector VT
Functional Safety & Cyber Security understanding
Excellent communication & mentoring skills
