CSA Engineer – Data Centre Projects

A leading international contractor delivering large‑scale mission‑critical projects across Europe is seeking a CSA Engineer to join its team on major data centre schemes in Frankfurt. This role offers the opportunity to work on fast‑paced, technically complex projects within a high‑performing delivery team.

Role Overview

As a CSA Engineer, you will support the management and coordination of all civil, structural and architectural elements on a hyperscale data centre project. You’ll work closely with the CSA Project Manager, design teams and specialist subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of all CSA packages including civil works, structural steel, concrete, envelope and architectural finishes
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, logistics and site activities
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals to ensure compliance
• Monitor progress, quality and safety across all CSA works
• Assist with planning, scheduling and reporting to senior project leadership
• Interface with MEP, commissioning and client teams to maintain alignment
• Support resolution of technical issues and contribute to design coordination
• Ensure all works meet project standards, regulations and client requirements

About You

• Experience as a CSA Engineer, Site Engineer or similar on large‑scale construction projects
• Background in data centres, pharma, tech, industrial or complex commercial builds
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑track, high‑pressure environment
• Willingness to be based in Frankfurt (rotation or relocation support typically available)
