About the Role
The Regional Operations Manager – Third-Party Business Development is a senior regional role operating at the intersection of Business Development and Operations. The position supports the growth, onboarding and stabilization of third-party managed assets across the Netherlands and Germany, ensuring operational readiness, performance consistency and strong client representation.
This position can be based in Frankfurt, Berlin or the Netherlands. We're open to conversation on most Central European locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage third-party business development initiatives, including coordination and qualification of TPO leads.
- Support RFP responses and client presentations by providing operational input and credentials.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for third-party operations.
- Coordinate transitions from owned assets to third-party management, including execution of transition playbooks.
- Lead operational onboarding and early‑stage stabilization for new third‑party assets.
- Serve as the primary operational interface with management companies and institutional clients.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with Greystar standards.
About You
You’re an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in operations, property management, or asset management. Comfortable working across regional or multi-country portfolios, you understand how to balance operational performance with commercial results.
You’ve worked with institutional assets or third-party management models and know what it takes to drive consistency, efficiency, and high standards at scale. Commercially sharp and operationally focused, you make decisions with impact and keep performance moving forward.
