Project Quality Manager — Frankfurt

TSL Projects | Full-time | Site-Based

About TSL

TSL is a leading international technical engineering and construction partner operating across the UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe. We specialise in delivering large-scale projects across Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Food and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

We are committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while creating a positive environmental and social legacy across the communities where we operate.

As our European operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Quality Partner / Project Quality Manager to support the delivery of major mission critical and construction projects based in Frankfurt.

The Opportunity

This is a key site-based quality leadership role supporting the successful delivery of technically complex projects from early construction through to completion and final handover.

You will play a central role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across project teams — ensuring works are delivered in line with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, client expectations and internal quality processes.

Working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders, you will help embed a strong “Right First Time” culture throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the implementation and management of project quality systems, procedures and inspection processes

• Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards, project specifications, building regulations and client requirements

• Managing inspections, audits, quality sign-offs and quality hold points across construction activities

• Supporting quality assurance and quality control activities throughout all project phases

• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to maintain quality standards and compliance

• Managing quality documentation, reports, inspections, NCRs and audit records

• Supporting root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

• Assisting with project handover activities and ensuring all quality documentation is completed correctly

• Promoting a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across site teams

• Supporting stakeholder communication and ensuring quality expectations are clearly understood throughout delivery

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in construction quality management, quality assurance or project quality leadership roles

• Strong understanding of ISO9001 and construction quality management systems

• Proven experience working on data centre projects is essential

• Experience working on large-scale construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, logistics or data centre projects

• Knowledge of inspections, audits, ITPs, quality sign-off procedures and quality control activities

• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced site-based project environments

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline

• CQI/CQP membership or additional ISO certifications are advantageous

• Fluent English required; German is beneficial but not essential

Why TSL?

• Opportunity to work on major international construction and mission critical projects

• Exposure to large-scale, technically complex developments across Europe

• Fast-growing business with long-term career opportunities

• Strong company culture focused on quality, safety and delivery excellence

• Collaborative and supportive working environment with experienced international teams
