Position Summary
The position Senior Associate Real Estate Onboarding and Offboarding Support (m/f/d) assists the team in the preparation and monitoring of acquisitions and disposals, contributes to internal responsibilities and process documentation, and support senior team members in the coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure that internal processes are followed and constraints are identified and addressed where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support on the set-up and onboarding of the newly acquired portfolios in terms of:
- Coordinate meetings with third parties/seller and draft the minutes
- Follow up on the communication regarding engagements with third parties
- Update trackers based on received engagements of external providers
- Export and save documents from Data Room of new deals
- Initiate/follow up on system setup with new entities and assets
2. Provide support to the teams with the disposal of existing portfolios:
- Coordinate meetings with third parties/seller and draft the minutes
- Supports post-disposal information and invoice flow
- Updates required trackers
3. Handle processes documentation and ad-hoc requests.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position; experience in Real Estate would be an advantage
- Analytical mindset and logical thinking
- Proficient user of MS Office; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint would be an advantage
- High sense of organization and attention to detail
- Fast learner with a goal‑oriented and hands‑on mentality
- Ability to work independently while also being an excellent team player
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal efficiently with people at different levels of hierarchy
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Knowledge of accounting and/or Business Analysis methodologies would be a strong asset
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a mandatory requirement; German would be an advantage
