We are currently looking for a Technology Service Specialist (User Management) to join our team. If you have a strong focus on user administration, data accuracy, and process optimization, we would love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
- User Onboarding: Ensure fast and seamless onboarding of new users while updating predefined user profiles accurately
- User Administration: Manage all user-related administrative tasks with precision and timeliness, collaborating with stakeholders whenever required
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate user data across all systems, perform regular recertifications, and proactively address discrepancies
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on user data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Optimization & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and drive optimization initiatives
- Automation: Support the development of automation solutions to streamline and accelerate user management processes
