About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Collections & Recovery processes to support transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work closely with business and technology teams to improve and modernize collections and recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and support transformation initiatives across Collections & Recovery functions.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and process improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
• Support business transformation initiatives and process optimization activities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Support testing, change management, and business readiness activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, and transformation discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Strong expertise in Collections & Recovery domain processes.
• Experience working on business transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement gathering skills.
• Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and documentation.
• German language proficiency at C1 level (Mandatory).
• Ability to work in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with Adonis process management/modelling tool.
• Exposure to digital transformation or modernization initiatives in BFSI.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
