We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Material Specialist who will support the procurement and supply of critical raw materials, ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams, and contribute to the efficiency and continuity of our global supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles (industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred)
• Basic understanding of raw material procurement processes (activated carbon, charcoal, agriculture-based materials, or chemical industries is a plus)
• Experience in supplier coordination or procurement operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and operational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of raw material procurement processes under the guidance of the Raw Material Manager
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking
• Monitor raw material order status and ensure timely delivery, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, pricing, and supplier documentation
• Support inventory tracking and replenishment planning in coordination with Supply Chain and Production teams
• Assist in supplier communication regarding order updates, quality issues, and documentation requirements
• Support supplier onboarding processes and ensure accurate system data entry
• Prepare regular procurement and supply reports (order status, delivery performance, consumption tracking)
• Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow and invoice alignment
• Assist in identifying supply risks and support issue resolution with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to supplier performance tracking and basic market data collection
