We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who will play a key role in enabling the commercial organization by supporting the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance, and contributing to efficient execution of global sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- 3–7 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business coordination roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end B2B sales processes (from lead to delivery)
- Experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance coordination is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in industrial, chemical, environmental, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through order execution, delivery, and post-sales coordination
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Track deal progress across all stages of the pipeline and ensure timely execution of all commercial processes
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and management-level analyses to support decision-making
- Assist Sales Managers and Sales Director in daily commercial operations, including quotations, proposals, pricing, and contract workflows
- Coordinate internal approval processes across pricing, legal, finance, and operations functions, ensuring alignment between commercial and operational feasibility
- Act as a key interface between Sales and Supply Chain/Logistics teams to ensure product availability, delivery execution, and issue resolution
- Support finance-related processes including invoicing, payment tracking, credit management, and resolution of billing-related issues
- Support market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, improve segmentation, and enhance data-driven commercial decisions
