Responsibilities Of The Role

·Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting new accounts to develop joint projects

·Drive revenue and margin growth through consultative selling approaches

·Identify and develop new market opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer accounts

·Coordinate resources across marketing, product, technical, and operational teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and services that fulfill customer needs

·Gather customer feedback and market insights to propose product improvements and enhancements

·Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate customer and market needs

We hope you

·5+ years of sales or key account management experience

·Strong understanding of lighting technology or electrical systems

·Fluently in English and German (spoken and written), other languages are advantage

·Strong direct sales and relationship-building capability

·Specializing in close collaboration with end customers, retailers, OEMs, distributors

·Proven success managing large, complex enterprise customers
