About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and transformation-focused Business Analyst with deep expertise in Collections & Recovery processes. The ideal candidate will drive business transformation initiatives, analyze current-state operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of optimized collections and recovery strategies. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, as the role requires close collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and business teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Transformation Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Collections & Recovery, including:
• Debt Collection Processes
• Delinquency Management
• Recovery Operations
• Debt Restructuring & Settlement Processes
• Collections Strategy & Performance Management
• Regulatory and Compliance Considerations
• Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, and operational optimization initiatives.
• Strong business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to document business requirements, process flows, and target operating models.
• Fluent German (C1/C2 level or Native) and English communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ADONIS (Business Process Management and Process Modeling Tool).
• Knowledge of BPMN, process architecture, and process governance frameworks.
• Exposure to financial services, banking, lending, or debt management organizations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.

Preferred Background:

• Banking, Financial Services, Consumer Finance, Credit Management, or Debt Recovery organizations.
• Experience in large-scale transformation or modernization programs within collections and recovery functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
