Asset Technician (Data Center / IDC) - #2629789

TITANICOM is hiring Asset Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in asset management, warehouse operations, and data center infrastructure. Structured training and long-term development opportunities will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Support 5×8 on-site operations and provide emergency response or on-site support when required

• Execute asset management SOPs and maintain full compliance with operational standards and procedures

• Manage warehouse access registration and asset inbound/outbound processes

• Execute work orders through asset management platforms according to SLA requirements and maintain asset data accuracy

• Support asset storage, transportation, deployment, return, and decommissioning procedures in IDC environments

• Conduct regular asset inventory and ensure consistency of asset location, serial number (SN), status, model, and system records

• Use asset management tools and software for data retrieval, analysis, and anomaly identification

• Support project implementation, progress tracking, risk control, and process optimization initiatives

• Maintain environmental and asset security standards across warehouse and data center environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply

• Familiarity with data center equipment such as servers, switches, optical modules, fiber components, and related infrastructure is preferred

• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes

• Strong responsibility, learning ability, and execution capability

• Clear communication skills and team collaboration mindset

• Self-management and ability to work independently

• Local language + English, or Local language + Chinese
