Head of Trade Marketing DACH - #2629792

For a large consumer good company.

You will be responsible for a team of trade marketing managers that work hand in hand with the sales team to develop and execute joint plans to drive revenue and market share goals.

Build strategic plan for all channel-specific Trade Marketing activity that dove tails with the DACH Marketing plan.

TASKS:

• Own and develop Joint Business Plans with retailers.
• Plan and execute GTM, product and communication strategy in store and online in line with our brand positioning.
• Develop creative ideas to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of consumers with our products in store (both off- and online).
• Proactively identify and plan Trade Shows and retailer events that support our revenue goals.
• Understand existing POS activations and drive changes where needed. Define KPIs to measure success i.e. NPS, DAS.
• Develop the strategy behind Brand Shops on retailers' websites.
• Ensure all data is provided to retailers for product listing.
• Own all retailer coop funds to support marketing initiatives to deliver sales out in partnership with our retail partners.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent German
• 10 years+ of working experience including building and developing a trade/channel marketing team.
• Team player personality.
• Flexibility and ability to win in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a global environment and understand structures and roles and responsibilities.
• Good level of presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
