About The Role
We are looking for an European Quality Assurance Specialist to support our European Quality team in maintaining and improving quality systems within a regulated environment.
Based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, this role works closely with the European QA Manager and internal stakeholders across Europe to support quality processes, metrics, training, and compliance activities.

Work Location: Hybrid work schedule on-site in Mörfelden-Walldorf, 3 days/week on-site

About The Role
We are looking for an European Quality Assurance Specialist to support our European Quality team in maintaining and improving quality systems within a regulated environment.
Based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, this role works closely with the European QA Manager and internal stakeholders across Europe to support quality processes, metrics, training, and compliance activities.

What You’ll Do
- Support European organizations and shared services in the documentation and implementation of quality and operational processes
- Assist with maintaining ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR)
- Support quality complaint handling and quality system metrics reporting
- Assist with internal audits, inspections, and follow-up activities
- Support preparation of quality training materials and employee training activities
- Coordinate responses to quality-related inquiries and questionnaires
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent)
- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated environment preferred
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IVDR
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Fluent English; German and French or Italian required
