MEP Quantity Surveyor – Large Data Center Project - Frankfurt

Earthstream Global is seeking an experienced and motivated MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a large Data Center project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of MEP packages from start to finish.

Working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for MEP works.
• Undertake quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and appointment processes.
• Prepare and submit interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Evaluate subcontractor applications and certify payments.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout project lifecycles.
• Review and negotiate contracts and contractual documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the MEP space, ideally with some Data Center or mission-critical project experience
• Experience managing commercial aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant commercial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Large Data Center or mission-critical project experience
