Senior Quantity Surveyor – Large Data Center Project - Frankfurt

Earthstream Global is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a large Data Center project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of a large-scale Data Center project, working closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, you will provide commercial leadership, ensure robust cost control, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of the projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree variations, valuations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Produce accurate monthly commercial reports and forecasts.
• Manage client relationships and attend commercial meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience within the construction industry, ideally with some experience on large Data Center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects valued between £50m and £200m+.
• Experience in cost management, procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial management software.

Desirable

• Good experience on large Data Center or mission critical projects.
• Good experience delivering projects in Germany.
