Equipment Engineer - IC / Semiconductors / Power Components / Power Electronics / PBC / Electronics

We are currently partnered with a leading Sensor, Component and Semiconductor Designer and Manufacturer based near Frankfurt, who are looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a specific range of equipment including lithography, metallization and more at their site.

Responsibilities include:

• Creation and optimization of maintenance and repair concepts and working instructions in close cooperation with their maintenance team.
• Definition and management of continuous improvements in the areas of occupational safety, plant availability (OEE), costs, quality and more.
• System performance monitoring using KPIs (uptime, MTBF, MTTR).
• Support for troubleshooting measures through to determining the causes using 8D and Fishbone methods.

We're looking for:

• Someone with 3+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of complex production systems (ideally within semiconductor manufacturing / production).
• Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Ideally experience with PLC programming.
• Fluent in German and English.

Unfortunately, this role is currently only accepting candidates already in Europe or holding European citizenship.
