Senior Project Manager – Electronic Security

Are you an experienced Project Manager within electronic security looking for a role where you can truly make an impact?

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major enterprise security projects across Germany, leading them from concept through to successful delivery.

You'll work with some of the world's leading organisations, managing high-profile projects involving access control and CCTV technologies while leading teams, driving standards and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You'll:

• Lead projects from pre-sales through to handover and aftercare.
• Manage schedules, budgets and project milestones.
• Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors.
• Drive quality, health & safety and operational excellence.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage change orders and project variations.
• Ensure projects remain profitable and are delivered on time.
• Support and mentor Project Supervisors and operational teams.
• Work closely with suppliers, partners and senior leadership.
• Travel to customer sites across Germany and occasionally beyond.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years within the electronic security industry.
• Strong background delivering large-scale access control and CCTV projects.
• 5+ years in leadership or supervisory positions.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project finances.

Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge of enterprise security systems including:

• Lenel
• S2
• CCure
• AMAG

Advanced engineering knowledge isn't essential, but you should understand these systems from a project delivery and design perspective.

Qualifications:

• Recognised Project Management qualification.
• SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
• ECS card or equivalent.
• Contract management awareness.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
