Construction Site Manager - #2631213

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Porject Type: Data Centre Construction

Duties:

• Lead day-to-day site operations for advanced data center projects across Frankfurt and the Netherlands.
• Oversee project execution from initial construction through final inspection, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Manage the delivery of the full CSA interior package, including:
• Structural ceilings
• Internal walls
• Raised access flooring
• Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) systems
• Other critical fit-out elements
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure multiple workstreams progress effectively.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Track progress and maintain project records using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment between clients, Project Managers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Supervisors, Logistics and EHS Managers, QA specialists, BIM and Engineering teams, Quantity Surveyors, and Operations leadership.
• Provide timely updates on project progress and site activities.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience managing on-site construction or fit-out activities, preferably within data centers or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA/QC, and document management best practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a live project environment.
• Familiarity with digital site management tools; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is advantageous.
• Good command of English; German is highly desirable, and Polish is considered an additional advantage.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ability to lead crews and suppliers toward safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
