We are a fast-growing energy tech start-up building the digital energy analyst of the future.

At Re-Twin Energy, our platform powers investment decisions for battery energy storage systems (BESS) through data-driven simulations and market models.

We don't just build software.

We shape how the energy transition is understood and communicated.

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to own the external presence of Re-Twin — driving our brand, managing our digital channels, and coordinating PR activities and partnerships. You will work directly with the founders, close to the product and company story.

We are open to both full-time candidates and experienced freelancers.

Tasks

• Own and continuously develop the Re-Twin website - content, structure, and messaging
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence through regular, high-quality content
• Develop and execute a consistent brand voice across all external communications
• Coordinate PR activities: press releases, media outreach, and industry publications
• Identify and manage strategic cooperations, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities
• Plan and execute campaigns around product milestones, funding rounds, and market launches
• Monitor performance metrics and derive actionable improvements
• Support the team with pitch decks, investor materials, and event presen

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR - ideally in a B2B tech or startup environment
• Strong writing skills in English & German - additional European languages are a plus
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Eye for design and brand consistency - design skills are a plus
• High ownership mindset - you deliver, you follow up, you improve
• Based in or willing to work from Frankfurt, Germany

Bonus Skills

• Experience in the energy, cleantech, or deep-tech sector
• Background in PR agency or media relations
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, MailerLite or Notion
• Experience with SEO and content stra
