MEP (Mechanical / Piping) Estimator

Overview:

Preconstruction-focused role supporting cost planning, procurement, and value engineering within complex engineering projects.

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed cost estimates, tenders, and project budgets
• Review design documentation and optimise scope where required
• Lead subcontractor pricing processes, procurement activities, and commercial negotiations
• Conduct market analysis and assess project risks
• Support value engineering initiatives across mechanical and piping systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP estimation (mechanical and/or plumbing)
• Experience within data centre or life sciences environments preferred
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and associated infrastructure
