️ We're Hiring: Art Director ️

We're looking for an Art Director to join our independent creative agency in Frankfurt am Main.

Orange Monkey is an owner-led, women-owned agency with international experience, a hands-on spirit, and a love for ideas that move brands forward. We work for large international companies such as Procter & Gamble, as well as national clients across different industries.

We create campaigns, brand communication, social media content, brand videos, sustainability communication and creative concepts — from strategy to execution. Our in-house social media team helps brands show up with relevance, consistency and personality across today’s channels.

At Orange Monkey, you’ll work directly with experienced creatives and decision-makers, with real responsibility from day one. Your ideas will be heard, your work will be seen, and your creative contribution will matter.

We’re looking for someone with strong visual thinking, great design instincts, and the confidence to turn strategy into beautiful, relevant and effective creative work.

What you’ll do

You’ll develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, social media, presentations, brand content and client projects.

You’ll work closely with creative direction, copy, strategy, account management and our social media team.

You’ll turn strategic thinking into clear, inspiring and well-crafted visual communication.

You’ll create layouts, moodboards, storyboards, social assets and presentation designs.

You’ll help shape visual ideas for both client work and Orange Monkey’s own communication.

You are a strong conceptual and visual thinker. Confident in design, layout, typography and storytelling.

Who you are

Curious about brands, culture, social media and new forms of communication. Hands-on, reliable and proactive. Comfortable working in a close-knit team with direct responsibility. Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.

You're comfortable working in English. German is a plus, but not required.

Motion, video or social content skills are very welcome.
