MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Construction | Frankfurt (Europe-Wide Growth)

A fast-growing data centre contractor is building out its European delivery capability and is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead from the front on a landmark 54MW hyperscale project in Frankfurt — with further sites across Europe to follow.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the Frankfurt project from day one — building and leading the delivery team, managing all MEP scope, and driving the project to completion against programme and budget. As the business scales, you will take on oversight of additional European sites, becoming a key figure in the organisation’s growth story.

What You’ll Need

• Proven track record as an MEP PM on data centre or mission-critical construction projects

• P&L ownership of €20m+, with direct responsibility for blue collar workforce management

• The gravitas to build and lead high-performing delivery teams in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working across borders and managing the complexity of major European programmes

• German language skills are advantageous but not essential
