Agentic AI Transformation Lead | Frankfurt

A leading European Insurance group is at a pivotal moment in its AI journey. Following a board-level commitment to Agentic AI, a series of strategic programmes are now being mobilised, and this role leads one of the most significant.

The Role

This is a senior programme leadership position focused on driving the adoption of Agentic AI across a large, complex technology organisation. You will own the design and execution of an enterprise change programme, working closely with technology and business leadership to embed AI across core workflows at scale.

The organisation has existing AI tooling in place and has recently taken its first steps into agentic capability, your job is to accelerate and systematise that adoption, building the structures, governance, and culture needed to make it stick across a substantial developer and engineering population.

You will also play a cross-functional role across broader Agentic AI initiatives spanning business operations and process automation, giving this position real strategic breadth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading large-scale AI or technology transformation in complex enterprise environments - insurance or regulated industries preferred
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and the SDLC
• Familiarity with the Agentic AI landscape and AI-assisted development tooling
• Exceptional stakeholder management, able to operate from board level to engineering teams
• Comfortable navigating large, matrixed organisations where change takes skill and patience to drive
• German language skills advantageous
