A specialist data centre general contractor is hiring an Electrical QC Lead to own electrical quality across live hyperscale builds in Germany. Permanent, staff role — not a contract dressed up as one.

This is the person who holds the line on electrical quality from switchgear through to energisation. You'll set the standard on site, not just report on it.

What you'll do

• Own the electrical QA/QC programme across the project — ITPs, ITRs, inspection regimes, NCR management and close-out
• Drive quality on HV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, busbar and distribution — through installation, testing and into commissioning support
• Keep the subcontractors honest: witness inspections, verify workmanship against spec, catch issues before they reach Cx
• Work hand in glove with the commissioning team through L1–L5 and IST
• Own the documentation trail so handover is clean and the client signs without a fight

What you'll need

• Strong electrical QA/QC background on data centre or comparable mission-critical builds
• Deep on electrical systems — switchgear, UPS, generators, LV/MV distribution
• Fluent in the quality toolkit: ITPs, ITRs, NCRs, snagging, inspection and test planning
• Comfortable on a live hyperscale site and standing your ground with contractors
