Tasks
- Acting as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for your
assigned business areas - Advising and supporting leaders on the full employee lifecycle,
including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, retention, and offboarding - Providing guidance on employee relations matters such as
performance issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring
compliance with German labor law and internal policies - Consulting and supporting organizational changes (e.g.,
restructurings, role changes, team adjustments) in collaboration with
relevant stakeholders - Ensuring consistent and compliant application of HR policies,
standards, and processes - Collaborating closely with HR Centres of Expertise to implement
HR initiatives and solutions - Cooperating constructively with the Works Council and supporting leaders in matters subject to co-determination, ensuring effective
collaboration and compliance with applicable regulations - Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest
level of professionalism - Contributing to cross-functional HR and business projects
Requirements
- Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR
Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist role - Good understanding of German labor law and employee relations
topics - Experience with co‑determination and Works Council cooperation
- Experience contributing to HR projects and initiatives
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability
to build trust at all levels - A proactive mindset with a willingness to drive change and
challenge the status quo
