Tasks

  • Acting as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for your
    assigned business areas
  • Advising and supporting leaders on the full employee lifecycle,
    including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance
    management, retention, and offboarding
  • Providing guidance on employee relations matters such as
    performance issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring
    compliance with German labor law and internal policies
  • Consulting and supporting organizational changes (e.g.,
    restructurings, role changes, team adjustments) in collaboration with
    relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring consistent and compliant application of HR policies,
    standards, and processes
  • Collaborating closely with HR Centres of Expertise to implement
    HR initiatives and solutions
  • Cooperating constructively with the Works Council and supporting leaders in matters subject to co-determination, ensuring effective
    collaboration and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest
    level of professionalism
  • Contributing to cross-functional HR and business projects

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR
    Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist role
  • Good understanding of German labor law and employee relations
    topics
  • Experience with co‑determination and Works Council cooperation
  • Experience contributing to HR projects and initiatives
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability
    to build trust at all levels
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to drive change and
    challenge the status quo
