Help us scale up Yazio, one of the world's leading nutrition apps.

As our Business Operations Manager, you'll improve how Yazio works, from AI-powered automations to company-wide operational initiatives. If you're someone who spots opportunities before others do and enjoys turning complexity into simple, scalable processes, this role is for you.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

YOUR MISSION

• 
  

  Drive operational projects from idea to implementation, including planning, stakeholder management, delivery and post-project reviews



• 
  

  Identify inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI, automation and smarter processes to create measurable business impact



• 
  

  Build and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and help teams work more efficiently



• 
  

  Collaborate with teams across Yazio to roll out operational improvements and ensure lasting adoption



• 
  

  Own company-wide operational topics such as hardware, software licenses, tool access, subscriptions, insurance and workplace resources, enabling teams to focus on what they do best



• 
  

  Ensure compliance with internal processes, vendor documentation, data privacy and legal requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks



• 
  

  Develop scalable processes and operational infrastructure that support Yazio's continued growth

YOUR PROFILE

• 
  

  Relevant experience in Business Operations, Project Management or a similar operational role, ideally in a technology company, startup or scale-up



• 
  

  Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously



• 
  

  Hands-on experience improving business processes through AI and automation, with a proven track record of delivering solutions that reduce manual work



• 
  

  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fostering alignment across cross-functional teams



• 
  

  Comfortable using AI assistants as part of your daily workflow and always looking for opportunities to work smarter



• 
  

  Curiosity about legal, compliance, data protection and operational topics, combined with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt



• 
  

  A university degree in Business Management, Operations Management or a related field



• 
  

  Fluency in English and German, paired with excellent written communication skills
