An exceptional opportunity to lead and shape our Amazon business in Germany as we continue our ambitious expansion. Reporting to the VP, Amazon EMEA, the Director, Amazon Germany will be responsible for delivering the Amazon budget for the German market, working closely with the Marketing Director, Amazon EMEA and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.

This role requires a commercially astute leader who can build and execute strategic plans, optimise performance across categories, and drive operational excellence. You will own the sales strategy and execution for Amazon Germany, ensuring that SharkNinja continues to deliver outstanding results in this key channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Amazon Germany commercial strategy, ensuring sales and margin targets are met and exceeded.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Amazon Germany sales team, coaching and supporting them to drive results.
• Build and execute a robust sales strategy, aligning with SharkNinja's regional marketing and brand plans.
• Optimise account performance, working closely with Amazon on promotions, activations, and operational efficiencies specific to the German market.
• Be the go-to expert on Amazon Germany for SharkNinja, providing leadership, insights, and guidance across the business.
• Shadow P&L management, supporting commercial finance to ensure forecast accuracy and financial alignment.
• Lead category launches, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Media, Product, Brand, and Supply Chain to execute flawlessly.
• Develop and manage promotional plans (SOA), ensuring a strategic balance of investment and return.
• Champion data-driven decision-making, delivering impactful reporting and insights at a daily, weekly, and monthly level.
• Negotiate winning outcomes for both SharkNinja and Amazon Germany, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.

• Proven experience in a Amazon leadership role within a high-growth consumer brand, ideally with German market expertise.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
• Experience shadowing P&L management, with strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate cross-functionally.
• A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with a relentless focus on performance and execution.
