We are looking for a reliable and customer focused Driver to join our Transport & Warehouse team in Frankfurt. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of life-changing scientific and healthcare products while working within a specialist logistics environment.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of shipments between customer sites, airlines and third-party vendors. Working closely with our Customer Care and Transport teams, you will ensure shipments are transported safely, compliantly and on time, while providing outstanding customer service throughout the journey.

Role Responsibilities Overview:

• Collecting and delivering shipments across the region in line with scheduled routes and service requirements.
• Reviewing shipment documentation and confirming collection and delivery details.
• Ensuring shipments meet required specifications and are acceptable for transport.
• Packaging research samples and healthcare materials in accordance with Dangerous Goods and regulatory requirements.
• Updating shipment milestones and transport information within company systems.
• Monitoring and reporting any collection, delivery or operational issues.
• Recovering reusable packaging and temperature monitoring equipment where required.
• Completing vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of working hours, shipment deviations and operational activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, security policies and relevant transport regulations

Working Pattern:

• Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30
• Fully on-site at our Frankfurt Office

What you'll bring:

• Full, valid driving licence held for at least two years.
• Fewer than two moving violations within the last 24 months.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch or a related environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Teams.
• Ability to lift and move shipments weighing up to 45 lbs (approximately 20 kg).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
