The Role
The Role
- Measure and monitor workflows, track site performance, and provide key shift information to shift/area managers to ensure cross-shift operational excellence
- Support and train employees to achieve great performance and oversee their daily tasks
- Support the shift/area manager in process improvement projects, promote a safe working environment, and increase employee engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to common problems or meet needs in key performance areas
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing safety, quality, and productivity
- Help prepare for shift meetings and monitor procedures and processes to ensure safety rules, quality assurance, and daily priorities are followed
- Advanced written and spoken proficiency in two of the following languages: German, English, Arabic
- Experience with data analytics and its application for problem identification
- Professional experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining professional relationships
- Experience working in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Up to 30% night shift bonus (if applicable)
- 10% employee discount (limited to €1,000 per year)
- Relocation support in the form of a €10,000 bonus if you live 55km+ from the site and are willing to relocate
