Global Community Manager - #2675294

As Global Community Manager, you lead community strategy and operations across all of Crytek's titles, reporting to the Head of Communication & PR.

You own how we show up for players day to day: the programs, the channels, the moderation standards and the tone. You lead the community management team and ensure the community’s voice reaches the teams and decision-makers who can act on it.

What You'll Do

• Own global community strategy across the portfolio
• Lead and develop the community management team across titles
• Set moderation standards, escalation paths and channel operating practice
• Own community programs and the community content calendar
• Ensure player sentiment and issues reach product, development and leadership clearly
• Partner with Creator Partnerships, PR and Marketing on integrated activity
• Report on community health with evidence, not anecdote
  
  

What You Bring

• 6+ years in community management, including team leadership
• Experience with demanding, long-standing player communities
• Strong moderation and crisis-handling judgement
• Multi-title or multi-channel operating experience
• Ability to represent the community credibly to development teams
• Excellent written communication in English
• Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany
