Your Tasks
- You take ownership of the strategic product management of our lending products, with a particular focus on driving volume growth, optimising margins, and strengthening sales performance.
- As part of this, you develop innovative product concepts for the market, manage, steer and lead projects, and design robust sales strategies.
- You plan and monitor our business, volume, and profitability targets closely and prepare pricing, profitability, and business case analyses, all the while coordinating them with relevant stakeholders.
- Leveraging your analytical expertise, you proactively create regular product performance reports as well as monitoring dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses.
- Expertly, you define compelling go-to-market strategies and implement this content directly within dedicated technical systems.
- With your creative energy, you develop impactful initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Naturally, you keep a close eye on market and competitor developments, identify promising opportunities, and use your insights to continuously optimise existing sales processes.
- Of course, you also support partnership management by engaging directly and effectively with relevant German financial comparison platforms expertly.
- Teamwork is at the heart of everything you do: you collaborate independently with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Service, Risk) and ensure colleagues are aligned through clear work instructions, policies, and procedures.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in product and pricing management, along with knowledge of banking products and financial services such as securities, mortgage financing, current accounts, and consumer lending
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using analytical tools such as Python, SAS, R, and/or reporting and dashboard solutions such as Looker or Cognos
- A talent for product marketing and product management
- Strong affinity for data and numbers
- Conceptual thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
