Join our Global Medical Affairs team and help advance innovative treatments in neurology. As Global Medical Lead (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the global medical strategy for Xeomin in Movement Disorders, including post-stroke spasticity and cervical dystonia. Working closely with cross-functional teams and international partners across more than 80 countries, you will drive scientific excellence and support the continued growth of our neurology portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Global Medical Affairs, you will play a key role in shaping global medical activities and strategic priorities.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Define and execute the global medical strategy to support business objectives
- Provide medical leadership across global cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Drive evidence generation activities, including Phase IV, real-world evidence and investigator-initiated studies
- Lead scientific exchange through congresses, advisory boards and expert engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with external experts, academic partners and patient communities
- Oversee publication planning and scientific communications
- Deliver impactful medical education and training initiatives
- Review and approve medical content and materials
- Gather insights to continuously refine strategies and priorities
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, policies and quality standards
- MD, PhD or equivalent scientific degree
- Proven Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Neurology or Movement Disorders
- Strong scientific expertise and ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Experience in clinical research, evidence generation and scientific publications
- Collaborative, proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
