Ihre Aufgabe:
- Umfassende Exportabfertigung
- Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
- Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
- Fakturierung
- Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
- Annahme der Kundenaufträge
- Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
- Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
- Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
- Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation vorweisen können
- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht
- Gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung
- Gültige Luftsicherheitsschulung 11.2.3.9
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle (AWG, AWV, EG-VO, EAR) wünschenswert
- DGR-Zertifikate ADR, PK4/5 oder PK6 wünschenswert
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
